The 20th Conference of the International Observatory of Participatory Democracy will be held on the theme of "Participatory Democracy for Sustainable Development of Cities".
The conference will be held from 20 to 22 October 2021 and given the current circumstances, in order to meet the needs of all the participants and also to give an opportunity to participate to all the cities, organisations and associations whose representatives cannot travel, the Conference will take place in two modalities:

in face-to-face format at the Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire in Abidjan.
