UCLG-MEWA and Cités Unies France (CUF) will organize a side-event meeting for Franco-Turkish decentralized cooperation in UCLG-MEWA premises in the framework of Vivapolis Symposium to be held in Istanbul on 23-24 September 2014. It will be an opportunity to discuss the renewal of Franco-Turkish cooperation through the sharing of experiences. It will also be an occasion to tackle important issues on the International Development Agenda, such as:
- Preparation of the COP21 Conference on Environment, to be held in Paris
- Challenges in financing urban development
