The next meetings of the 2017 UCLG Executive Bureau and World Council will take place in Hangzhou City at the kind invitation of Mayor Xu Liyi, as approved by the last Executive meeting in Madrid at the end of 2017.
The 2017 UCLG World Council meeting will be held on 7-10 December, back to back with the forum on Smart City and Big Data sponsored by Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries in strategic partnership with Zhejiang University and Alibaba Group.
