Following the meetings held in New York and in London, the High Level Panel on the post 2015 Development Agenda will meet again in Monrovia, Liberia. The meeting will be chaired by Ms Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, President of Liberia and co-president of the High Level Panel.

The United Nations and member states have made a strong call for participation in the post 2015 process in order to ensure that this process is open and inclusive by engaging all actors and guaranteeing that all voices are taken into account.

Over 300 members of UCLG from over 40 countries around the world are expected to participate in the UCLG World Council, taking place in Dakar (Senegal) on 4-6 December 2012, at the kind invitation of Khalifa Sall, Mayor of Dakar.
