In line with our focus on local governance, KAS Philippines Office has set-up a network with the name ‘Partnerships for Democratic Local Governance in Southeast Asia (DELGOSEA)’ in cooperation with the United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG-ASPAC). This network now operates in seven ASEAN member states (Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam) and with local governments, civil society and academic stakeholders on good local governance in the entire region. The key activities of the network focus on the exchange of good practices in local governance between its members.
