The ARLEM plenary sessions take place once a year. All ARLEM members participate in the plenary.
The role of the plenary session is to adopt the annual report, the work programme as well as opinions issued by the ARLEM Commissions: Commission for Economic, Social and Territorial Affairs (ECOTER) and Commission for Sustainable Development (SUDEV).
