In this UCLG ASPAC Retreat, there will be second review of its 2015-2020 Strategic Plan, also known as the Manifesto, to align its goals with the 2019 Work Plan.
The UCLG ASPAC Retreat conducted simultaneously with the Guangzhou Awards. It will be an opportunity to consult and gain feedback from members who will be attending the Guangzhou Awards.
