Anne Hidalgo, maire de Paris, reçoit le 4 décembre prochain 1000 maires du monde entier à l'occasion de la COP21. Car quelle que soit l’issue des négociations entre États à la fin de la COP21, si l’on veut être efficace dans ce combat contre le réchauffement climatique et pour la préservation de l’environnement, la mobilisation d’un réseau mondial de villes solidaires apparaît comme une réponse pragmatique.
